Manu Rimdu at Tengboche Monastery October 2010

On our way up tp the Cho La Pass we needed to take things more slowly and acclimitise. This meant we stayed in Tengboche for two nights back in October. What luck - our stay coincided with the famous Manu Rimdu Festival. Here is a short video clip of the first day of dancing. It's unfortunally without the masks as it was a rehearsal. More to come in the next few days, but I'm having difficulties downloading and keep losing everything. Be patient dear Reader.
